Por un lado la harina de trigo de fuerza, esta harina se utiliza para hacer panes y masas de bollería, la podemos encontrar en Mercadona o en hornos de pan. Por otro lado la harina de repostería, que podemos encontrar cada vez más en las grandes superficies y supermercados incluso mezclada con levadura para la preparación de bizcochos, magdalenas etc ( la de la marca Harimsa a mi siempre me ha dado muy buenos resultados).
