I woke up early on this fine first day of Kids Clothes Week to work on a tutu project that's been on my list for a while. The inspiration came from here. A DIY tutu for my little one on the day of her first dance recital. Perfect. Fabric is a mixture of tulle, chiffon, and a soft jersey knit. My kitty loved working with me.
