The filling was delicious, but the dough was just not the way I wanted it. So, after doing some research this is what I've come up with. I hope you like them. Fruit Filled Hand Pies. Coarse salt and ground pepper. 3 large eggs, lightly beaten. 4 cups crispy rice cereal (bread and Panko crumbs work also, or a combination). 2 Tablespoons olive oil. 1 1/2 pound chicken, cut into small pieces for nuggets (I always use thighs). It's actually called Sunset Park, but on Dora they go to Play Park, so that's what she always calls it. It's such a fun park. Sunday, November 20, 2011. Greyson Lee Collins 11 days old! He is just so cute and sweet! Tom, Denny and Benson after they went to the Boise State game here in San Diego! It was fun to see Tom and Benson! Jayden LOVED having her uncles come and visit! Collins family after church today! We have been loving being a family of 4, a lot more busy, but it's been wonderful. Jayden is just loving being a big sister! My mom is here helping still and it's been so nice to have her here to help with the kids and me!

Monday, January 9, 2012. We had a wonderful Thanksgiving with Grandma (Shirleen) Bland, Mike, Ann, Mitchell and Jarom Collins. Mike and Ann had us over for a wonderful dinner! It was all so very wonderful and we are so glad that we got to spend the day with them, watching football, eating lots of yummy food and enjoying our day with wonderful family! I have a friend who has a 13 month old and Greyson is only 2 pounds heavier than her! Also that's going by his weight that he was as of a month ago! Next I will be pulling from the 12 month box! He rolls from his back to his tummy then gets frustrated because he can't roll to his back again! He is such a sweet baby and has the cutest smile and laugh!

Tuesday, March 27, 2012. Jayden turned 3 last Thursday! Denny made sure that it was his day off and we spent the whole day together celebrating Jayden's birthday! We had a very fun day we went and saw The Lorax and Jayden said it was awesome! Then we went to lunch at a sandwich place close to the theater then went to Chuck E Cheese's. We had so much fun!
