Ich freue mich ebenso über Kritik wie Lob. Zumeist ist es so, dass uns kritische Kommentare viel leichter fallen als beipflichtende. Kritik ist im Grunde genommen etwas Positives was zum Nachdenken und zu Reflexion anregen soll. Deswegen ist sie erwünscht und erbeten. Bedenken sie aber, dass Kritik auch wenn sie hart ist, nicht wertend und persönlich sein soll. Vielmehr sollte sie auch Vorschläge und Ansätze wie man etwas besser machen könnte beinhalten.
