AG1 and D1 Homepage. Tuesday, December 28, 2010. Congratulations on a great season so far. Going into the new year, we will begin our approach to the end of the season with some promising results. Each swimmer has their own reference point for improvement, and all saw improvement in more ways than one. Below is an abbreviated list of objective achievements:. 1st "BB" Time: Kasey Venn, Jordan Christian, Emily Colitte, Dotsie Dutra, Lexy Hochschild, Patrick Jodloman, Emily Lewis, Emily Naegele, Tommy Wilson.

AG1 and D1 Homepage. Monday, November 1, 2010. AG1 has been working on their underwater kicking recently and used the IMX Challenge to test their prowess. Their team goal was to kick out an average of 5 yards off each wall. Here is how they did:. Out of 444 times swimmers were underwater:. 28 kicked beyond 10 yards (6%). 90 kicked between 7.5 yards and 10 yards (20%). 207 kicked from 5 yards to 7.5 (47%). 119 kicked less than 5 yards (27%). In the process, 4 new BB times and 6 new B times were achieved.

AG1 and D1 Homepage. Thursday, January 13, 2011. Age Group 1 has achieved their season goal for individual Regional qualifiers! Congratulations to Emily Lewis and Tommy Wilson on their first Regional times. Kasey Venn became the first Developmental 1 swimmer to achieve a Regional time as well. D1 swimmers have come alive as well! The following swimmers achieved new "B" or "BB" times: Chloe Brown, Charlotte Fondren, Maggie Masterson, Sabrina Morris, Camille Paracchini, Kasey Venn, and Florian Vining.

AG1 and D1 Homepage. Monday, October 18, 2010. This past Saturday D1 demonstrated where we are so far this season. There were some very high points as well as some periods that exposed our weaknesses. Let's start with the highest of the meet: Ashley Cotter. I have never seen Ashley go anywhere in her lane but last; I have never heard Ashley speak negatively toward a teammate; and I answer more questions from Ashley than any other swimmer in her group (which is saying a lot- this group is inquisitive!
