Eagle Mountain Smiths: November 2009
http://eaglemountainsmiths.blogspot.com/2009_11_01_archive.html
Thursday, November 12, 2009. The kids were again overloaded with candy this year after Scott's company party and trick-or-treating. Ethan didn't go trick-or-treating this year- he has aged out of that. He was just wearing his soccer uniform with his soccer team that day after finishing their fall season. Nate decided to be a soccer player this year which meant I didn't have to buy him a costume! It was fun to have Katherine and the boys join us! Cousins ready for trick-or-treating. Keri and Scott Smith.

Harry looked adorable in his hat and gown as he sang songs and received his "diploma" from TLC Preschool. His favorite part of the evening, though, was the candy cannon afterward! Keri and Scott Smith. All the 2nd grade classes at the school perform a dance from a different country. Maddie's class did the German clap dance. She looked so cute! Keri and Scott Smith. Cataloguing the Chaos: November 2014
http://mattandcathicken.blogspot.com/2014_11_01_archive.html
Use it up, wear it out, make it do or do without. Saturday, November 22, 2014. We just got back from a quick trip to Charleston, SC. Ummmm.I absolutely want to live there! In spite of the trip being full of excitement (of the-mother-by-herself-with-six-kids-sightseeing variety) I loved it! Enjoying the county fair (I'm ashamed to admit that this is the first time we've been. The kids loved it! Not just the rides). Visited an indoor playground - several times. Jogging around the neighborhood. It is a non-...

Cataloguing the Chaos: April 2014
http://mattandcathicken.blogspot.com/2014_04_01_archive.html
Use it up, wear it out, make it do or do without. Thursday, April 24, 2014. A House of Learning. That is what I want for my kids. I want to give them the tools and the time to discover anything and everything they want to. Mary took this picture of the Alligator Turtle yesterday at the science center. Wednesday, April 23, 2014. Less Steam, More Light. A long time ago, I heard a quote by Elder Neil A. Maxwell. To paraphrase, it said, letting off steam always produces more heat than light. About a month ag...
