I joined Swindon Borough Council two months ago, in a newly created role for the Connecting People Connecting Places scheme. My brief is very simple: go make central Swindon more better. I went to Greendown and despite trying out every year never once got into the school football team–though I was selected for Wiltshire at Triple Jump.
