The root of Lindy Hop is Charleston which was dances as a social dance in the 20′s the Lindy Hoppers began to dance it socially and now it is a huge part of the swing dance genre. It is full of kicks and high energy. Blues is smooth and sultry and can be danced in an open or closed embrace. Generally it is danced to slower more bluesy style music. Design by cssmayo.com.
