The Rain in Spain Falls Mainly in the Plain. Monday, April 30, 2007. Our last excursion as a group was to a little village in the mountains, Las Alpujarras. It was an amazing, rainy, weekend! We hiked, regardless of how wet it was, and we relaxed in a cute little rustic hotel! Even though it was cloudy, the views were amazing! These little whitewashed towns are too cool! View across the valley of a little town! Notice the pretty little waterfall! I'm wet, but loving the hike! Me and the big waterfall!
