Der Swiss Moot Court ist ein Plädoyer-Wettbewerb, der allen Studierenden, welche an einer Schweizer Rechtsfakultät immatrikuliert sind (und den Master noch nicht abgeschlossen haben), offen steht. Er bietet ihnen die Möglichkeit, das bis anhin angeeignete Wissen in die Praxis umzusetzen. In einer ersten Runde verfassen die Teams, bestehend aus zwei bis vier Personen, eine Rechtsmittelbeschwerde sowie eine Beschwerdeantwort zu einem vorgegebenen Fall.
