The Problem with Waste. Waste is any unwanted material left over from manufacturing processes or community and household activities. It can also result from items used inefficiently or inappropriately that get discarded, accumulated or stored. As consumers we contribute to the problem of waste when we consume goods, spend money on single use items and dispose of them improperly. Waste in Trinidad and Tobago.
