Sunday, December 28, 2014. I started off November with the Moustache Dache, a 5k down at Thanksgiving point. The morning was crispy chilly, making it my first real cold weather run. It was pretty fun running in hat and gloves, instead of being hot and nasty in the middle of the summer! Me and the ladies with our medals and 'staches! Just running through Thanksgiving point. Friday, May 22, 2015. A while back someone asked me if I was excited about the new Avenger's movie. I smiled, and told them "yes, definitely." That was a bit of an understatement. Two months ago while looking ahead at purchasing tickets, I discovered Megaplex was hosting a marathon in anticipation of the Marvel blockbuster. I'm no stranger to theater-hosted marathons, my first introduction to the phenomenon being the Hobbit marathon. First thing when we walked in, they gave us these helpful lanyards....

Thursday, August 6, 2015. Anyway, I made this little day trip on my own, but it was actually a total blast. I started up Parley's Canyon, and it was a lovely overcast, rainy day. My day was only slightly marred by getting a massive rock chip in my windshield. Fantastic! The Dirty Dash apparently is a pretty big deal. I couldn't believe the turn-out, the fun race route, and the excellent swag - especially my sweet fake tattoo! I'm not scared to get dirty! Giant slide down the hill near the end of the run.

Imagine going from being completely immersed in Harry Potter's world, to DisneyWorld, then to the Marvel universe for a solid day, then jump into Star Wars. Friday, May 16, 2014. Best Day. Ever. Remember how I used to write on this blog occasionally? Anyways, thought I'd randomly catch up with some goodies. I really skipped some stuff, like when my family visited me in Maui, and how I moved back to Utah, and then how I got hired for a dental clinic in Taylorsville. At the end of September I moved back to the Salt Lake valley into a cute little condo in West Jordan. I started my new job in October, and I was immediately put to work "drilling and filling!
