Saturday, November 15, 2008. I am trying to change my blog background for the holidays using a background from http:/ www.thecutestblogontheblock.com. And I am following the instructions to a tee, but still can't make it work. Friday, December 19, 2008. School's out until January 5th! Two kids asked if I was coming back after Christmas. I guess they took that empty threat pretty seriously. I chime in on the Hallelujah! Tuesday, June 24, 2008. We're actually doing this! Two of my friends and I finally came to an agreement on a date and location and today we booked our vacation! We are headed to the Bahamas, via a cruise ship, in early August. I am so excited! And according to the other two I need to work on my moodiness. Hmph! I think I need to work on my tan! Wednesday, January 26, 2011. Carter ended up having 2 birthday celebrations this year because I. Let his party planning get lost in the Christmas time shuffle. Poor Carter! I'm afraid his plight in life will be that he was born 2 weeks after Christmas. I vow next year to start planning his party in Nov. He had a great time! I even scored him some free desert at lunch. I know our waiter probably thought I was lying when I said "its his birthday today! And pointed to Carter but oh well! He had a GREAT time!

Saturday, March 5, 2011. Throw Me Something Mister! Has it really been over a month since I posted last on this blog? We haven't had a very eventful Feb. except for a cold that wouldn't leave our home but I think we're finally all starting to feel better. This little guy however, was full of smiles! He was SO ready to catch some beads! I love that they were able to pick out the costume they wanted to wear! If I were able to choose for him its exactly what I would have picked! Look at the turn out!
