How do i construct my sentences correctly when I myself don't understand what I'm feeling on the inside? It's like a raging war. I sometimes feel that I can go mentally crazy just by having conversations in my head arguing with myself on what is right and what is not. The tendency to keep things away from people and bottling it all up makes the better of me.
