When I was Vicar of Christ Church, a deacon showed up to service one Sunday. Her daughter had just become the vet for the valley, and she and her husband were looking at some vacation housing to spend time with their grandkids. Turns out they stayed. Sycamore Stitchers Current Project
Welcome to the Sycamore Stitchers website. We are a quilting guild that meets at Sycamore Shoals State Park in Elizabethon, TN. Our meetings are held at 9 am on the second Thursday of the month. Dues are $12 per year. There is project instruction and a fat quarter drawing for members at regular meetings. We have stitch-ins, our quilt show in October, a Christmas luncheon/gift swap. We make baby quilts for new moms attending parenting classes and quilts for St. Judes. Visitors are welcome.
