Thursday, February 07, 2013. Maui Vacation by Sydney. I got up at 3:20 am on Wednesday. Our taxi got here at 4:15 am and took us to the airport.We took 3 planes to get to Maui. Des Moines to Denver to San Francisco to Maui.We landed in Maui at 6:15 pm Maui time. It took 16 hours to get there. When we got there we ate at supper at Dukes to celebrate daddy's 50 th birthday. Then today we had breakfast and went grocery shopping, after a long walk on the beach. We swam at the pool twice.

Thursday, July 09, 2009. We are finishing the 7th day of my 10 day vacation! Today we went to Iowa City to have lunch with Hannah. We ate at the Olive Garden and then we got ice cream at the mall. Then Hannah left and we went to the Children's Museum. Tonight, we are having a Cousins' Sleepover. Abby, Beka, Shaun and Sydney are all going to enjoy the night.
