Thursday, August 11, 2011. We took a quick trip up to the cabin this past weekend. Just an overnight, and it was quite lovely. Syd loves it so much up there it's really ridiculous. We took walks down by the river, dug in the dirt, swang and swang (is that what you say? Syd and Liese went for rides in the swing) and visited the llama farm up the road. I'm still not sure how summer slipped by so quickly. Sydney is in 3rd grade, and Mrs. Rather is her teacher. She got lucky to get the teacher she wanted- and is excited to be with Hailey in the same class this year.
