http://adventuresofknj.blogspot.com/2013/02/february-adoption-update-were-on-our-way.html
The Adventures of K and J. Wednesday, February 13, 2013. February Adoption Update: We're On Our Way! Hey everyone. First off, life just plain gets in the way of posting blog entries with any sort of frequency. Between grad school for me, an inordinate amount of paperwork that we had to complete for our adoption, multiple family visits between October and January, time has gotten away from us. So where are we with in our whole adoption process? Wow this is great news! February 14, 2013 at 6:45 AM. After t...

The Adventures of K & J: August 2009
http://adventuresofknj.blogspot.com/2009_08_01_archive.html
The Adventures of K and J. Saturday, August 8, 2009. It's Been a Busy Saturday. Hey everyone. Yes, I know that I've been posting a lot over the last couple of days, but that's due to a couple of reasons. First, it was a not-so-subtle request from a cousin of Janet's while we were in Colorado [you know who you are :-) ]. Second, a lot of things have been transpiring here in Florida. Above is a view of her face, and the one below is a shot of her from the right as she took a little nap. Hooray for a Weekend.

The Adventures of K & J: October 2009
http://adventuresofknj.blogspot.com/2009_10_01_archive.html
The Adventures of K and J. Saturday, October 17, 2009. For the record, I must admit that I am a relative newbie to the whole "U2" phenomenon. However, as Janet has reminded me on numerous occasions, "They're the best band EVER! I want to pause to say that the staff at RayJa made getting to and from the concert a breeze. We we in the car a total of 40 minutes the entire evening. We got into the stadium, enjoyed the Club-level amenities and then took this photo from our seats. Tuesday, October 13, 2009.

elizabeth melanie: fear of the deep
http://elizabethmelanie.blogspot.com/2015/03/fear-of-deep.html
Count it all joy. Wednesday, March 11, 2015. Fear of the deep. I'm not a particularly still and deep person. I think I'll let global warming cook it tomorrow. I must admit that there's truth to it. I am some of those things- to a degree. I double book my social calendar on occasion. I have left my purse at any number of locations. I have purchased waaaay too many things on bad impulses. (My hair thanks me and my wallet curses me. What can I say? I lead a bittersweet life.). What about the rest of us?

http://thenewlywedwards.blogspot.com/2010/06/one-with-all-sleepiness.html
Our Life as Newlyweds! Friday, June 4, 2010. The One with All the Sleepiness. I'd first like to thank all the moms of more than one child that listened to my whining when I was pregnant with Sam. Because for real- what else did I have to do but nap? For some reason I remember feeling like there was all this stuff to do, and I was always "sooo tired" and stuff, and looking back, I'm thinking, "WHAT! I had NOTHING to do! I feel like it's going to be December in no time at all! Rest when you can! Subscribe ...

Our Life as Newlyweds! Wednesday, December 30, 2009. The One With Not Knowing Where to Begin. I've thought about updating this a billion times, but there's so much to say that I just couldn't bring myself to actually form all the thoughts into complete sentences. And you gotta cut me some slack.cuz I'm a mommy now :). So far being a mom has been the greatest, scariest, most exhausting, most wonderful thing in my entire life. Sam is doing much better now that we're home again, and is up to 6 pounds! The A...

Our Life as Newlyweds! Tuesday, March 30, 2010. The One With Sam's Birth Story: Part Two. Please. Explain. Something. ANYTHING. Finally I saw the familar face of one of my favorite midwives walk in. I looked up at him pitifully and said, "David? Can you please get this baby out of me? To my surprise, he said, "Yup! They upped my pitocin and gave me some medicine to help me sleep for the big day ahead. I had contractions through the night but slept through them (sort of! Stay tuned for part three :).
