As Hans and I come from different cultures we decide this year to compromise. His family don't to much for Christmas Eve so I decided to do what we do back home. I cook for the family. The menu was a mixed of what my mom cooks for that day and what my grandpa used to make). Staffed Tomatoes with salad and beet soup, I added the soup cause it was cold.

Last Monday I received my package#2 from and my secret pal sent me this great kit that I couldn't put my hands on yet, she also included nose pliers, and a skein of Patons Grace 100% mercerized cotton in a beautiful green. My husband and I enjoyed a lot the cartoons that were included in her sweet note, very funny. Here is a pic:. I also joined this KAL http:/ www.ravelry.com/groups/amy-marchs-s. Shop Update and KIP Update! August 10th, 2008 (07:54 pm). There are some new goodies up on the Coy shop. With more kinds to come in the next few days. I have been test driving this new style of stitch marker to make sure they hold up to real knitting. I am using them with a basic vine lace pattern in a worsted weight yarn. They have not snagged on anything and have held up to knitting action just fine! Here's my update on the February Lady Sweater! So now I can hit the road on my new Bella Bike!
