Approx. 1 cup. 1/2 a large zip-lock bag of frozen cranberries sliced. 1 med onion chopped. 2 cloves of garlic minced. 1 Tbsp sea salt. 2 3/4 Tbsp of my Cabbage, Cucumber and Carrot mix as a starter - added later. see below. Experiments by Sylvia Kay. Tuesday, May 10, 2016. Hummus Lacto-Ferment Kind of. 1 cup dried black eyed peas cooked - this made just a little more than 2 cups cooked. I included all of it plus the small amount of water left at the bottom of the pot. 5 Tbsp sesame seeds toasted. 2 Tbsp sesame oil. Approx. 1 tsp. of pumpkin seed oil with garlic that I had in the fridge. 1 non-organic lemon - juice and pulp. 1/2 rounded tsp. unrefined sea salt. 2 small slices of red onion minced.
