Saturday, June 28, 2014. I ended up getting food poisoning on the last two days of the trip, in BC, so there aren't many photos. I did manage to get a few good shots on the drive home though. Monday, January 12, 2015. Have you seen Downton Abbey? It's a British period drama television show. It is super popular and we have been watching since it debuted. If there is one reason to watch this show, it is Dame Maggie Smith. She is amazing. I love her quick wits. Speaking of love- I LOVE my new Downton Abbey fabric (by Andover Fabrics) that I picked up this weekend. 10 FQs! No idea what I am going to do with them but they are gorgeous. Sunday, November 2, 2014. It's Winter Here in Canada. Yesterday, it snowed and snowed all day. First day of November and the first real start of winter. Luckily, I booked my car in for winter tires- just started snowing when I went to pick up the car from the shop. Perfect timing. I finished my birds quilt top. Close up of the fabric. Tuesday, December 23, 2014. A busy few months! Looking back on this year, I wish I had gotten more quilting in. The last couple months have been pretty crazy. We went to Jamaica, we got ENGAGED, had a medical emergency, moved and now it is Christmas. We are finally getting unpacked this week so I sorted all my fabric, set up the table and I am ready to start. Here are some random photos from Jamaica and the farm!
