Recipe: Steak Ala Kampung. 1/2lb Steak cut beef (any kind). 4-5 cloves of garlic, crushed. Black pepper and salt to taste. All in one step. Make sure the beef is washed. Rub in your crushed garlic, salt and black pepper to both sides of the beef. Both sides of your beef with oyster sauce. This is a recipe from my hubby. Very simple and fast. Recipe: Steak Ala Kampung. All in one step.
