Like when it was started, and retired. I LOVE it! I put a $100 from my tax refund aside to spend in anyway and just to have fun. What is He after in my own little world.in my heart? And after much thought I believe it should be His FAITHFULNESS. When I think of this word it makes me want to sing so many songs. Saturday, November 13, 2010. SO here is the recipe to all my Orlando friends who have been asking for the recipe of the world's famous Southern Pecan Chicken. This recipe doubles well. I enjoy it with mashed potatoes and some yummy green beans :). 4 pieces of chicken. 1 buttermilk biscuit mix (you can substitute with whole wheat flour). 1/2 tsp of Creole Seasoning. 1/2 cup of finely chopped pecans. 1/2 cup of Buttermilk. 12 cup of Unsalted butter melted (it's OK to use less :). So…this morning I wake up to Alec in my room saying that he did something…Chris saying something else (all of this was a blur) before I knew it, I was in a smokey, STINKY kitchen trying to figure out what Alec had done. What a great way to start a Monday, huh? The whole living room/kitchen areas were smokey and it hurt to breathe…ughhh. I turned off the microwave, started opening the doors and got fans going to try to pull the smoke out. So, all is well in our house. We now have a good story to tell!
