Rice Cooker Banana Banana Bread. 10:37pm Jan 19, 2012. 2 cups all-purpose flour. 1 teaspoon baking soda. Dash of five-spice, dash of cinnamon. 3/4 cup brown sugar. 2 eggs, beaten. 2 1/3 cups mashed overripe bananas. 1 Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan. 3 Bake in preheated oven for 60 to 65 minutes, until a toothpick inserted into center of the loaf comes out clean.
