Biscuits and Cookies
Stem Ginger and Macademia Nut Cookies. A bit of luxury in a cookie includes a bit of a kick from the stem ginger as well as a lovely nutty bite from the macademia nut. These are chewy on the inside but crunchy on the outside; they are something you just have to try. Oatmeal and Raisin Cookies. A crispy edge and a chewy middle, what could be better than a cookie that tastes great but that is wholesome too? These cookies with their plump raisins and oats are a favourite with kids and adults alike.

Layer Cakes
Strawberry Vanilla Layer Cake. A triple layered vanilla sponge, layered topped with sweetened cream cheese frosting with lovely fresh strawberries*. A few chopped strawberries are placed between the layers and then a lovely pile of strawberries are piled on the top. Pink T Ann Cake spotty spikes included too! Chocolate Monster Marshmallow Cupcakes. A chocolate cupcake with some marshmallows baked within it. This is topped with a chocolate frosting and topped with ugly monster facial features made from marshmallows. Coconut, Stem Ginger and Lime Cupcakes. Remember that you can pre-order a whole cake or a box of 12 cupcakes (only one flavour per batch - sorry! And pick them up at a markets. At the time of writing (September 2010) and with the cafe scheduled to open in November, I have unfortunately decided to cease private cake orders (outwith smallish pre-orders at markets). Farmers' Markets
Perth - 2nd October 2010.Perth now no more. Quick market weather report? Almost freezing to begin with - proof here in the form of the car's dashboard but it did warm up nicely later. A tad chilly on the road to the market. In the style of Julie Andrews lolloping across the Alps."so long, farewell, auf weidersehen goodbyee".that sounds a bit cheery and I didn't feel cheery when we left the market today. No more Perth market. I'm sad. Adeline (I expect the most glam. market organiser you'll ever find).

Pies, Crumbles and Tarts. Peach and Almond Tart. My individual sweet pastry case with half a poached or roasted peach baked in my almond paste (with a gorgeous added ingredient.). Slivered almonds and my peach reduction glaze are added too. Great for the summer. Pear and Frangipane Tarts. A lovely smooth frangipane sitting in my butter pastry case. Clemintine and Almond Cake. This is a really moist, sweet but not too sweet cake. I usually test the clemintines before I use them for the cake, ie, eat one or two (!
