Read and Feed Menus. Monday, February 14, 2011. We didn't have any teriyaki sauce and I really wanted it, so I found this one. It was really good. 1/4 cup soy sauce. 3 Tbsp brown sugar. 1 minced garlic clove. Combine in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Combine water and cornstarch and add to saucepan. Read and Feed Menus. Monday, February 7, 2011. I got this from a friend, Beckie. Adapted from The Best 30-Minute Recipe via Mel's Kitchen. Makes 4-5 mini meatloaves. 17-20 saltine crackers, crushed fine (about 2/3 cup) (I used bread crumbs). 1/4 cup whole milk (I used 1% because that is what we had). 1/3 cup minced fresh parsley. 3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce. 1 1/2 tablespoons Dijon mustard (I used regular mustard). 1 teaspoon onion powder. 1 teaspoon garlic powder. 1/4 cup packed light brown sugar.

Her friend made cookies everyday for months until she found the perfect chocolate chip recipe. I have to admit.they are the best. Perfect Chocolate Chip Cookies. 2/3 cup white sugar. 1 1/2 cups brown sugar. 1 1/2 tsp vanilla. 1/2 tsp baking powder. 1/2 tsp baking soda. 3 cups all purpose flour (if using whole wheat, only do 2 1/2). 1 bag chocolate chips. I had some precooked chicken from the day before, so I just used that and still sauteed it with the ingredients below and it was delicious. 1 Tablespoon olive oil. 2 teaspoons minced garlic. 1 1/2 Tablespoons fresh lemon juice.
