July 13, 2015. My due date was April 16th. The Dr had me scheduled to be induced on my due date. She says that I have "big babies" and she didn't want me to risk having complications. On the 14th, I started having stronger contractions in the afternoon. I timed them and kept track. They were about every 10 minutes. Then my sister-in-law came over with her baby. We talked and played. I was distracted and didn’t think about the contractions as much. After she left, Josh came home and we ate a late dinner.

What's on your mind? History of The Smithy. The Smithy, as the name implies, is a tastefully converted former Smithy near Beaumaris with a datestone of 1811. Records show a Smithy in Llanfaes from the early 16th Century so it is assumed 1811 is a 'modernisation' date. The world famous Glenfiddich Distillery is located there as well as the Dufftown to Keith Railway which is run by enthusiasts. Excellent walking for all levels of fitness is on the doorstep. This could be from a gentle stroll to a climb up Ben Rinnes for the more adventurous and experienced.
