Steve Allen reported on the progress towards the trailer improvements. Both the old trailer and new trailer are at his house – Cory and Brian helped out to improve the storage inside the trailers – such as the racks in the front. The work is almost done. Tuesday, February 17, 2015. February 17, 2015 Troop Committee Meeting Minutes. Mr Anderson called the meeting to order at 7:38 pm. Dr Reyes will send out an email regarding getting some help for refreshments for the March 3 Court of Honor. There is a Sea Base meeting tonight. The Northern Tier meeting has been postponed to next week. Mr Anderson and Mr. Hull explained the Sea Base, Northern Tier and Philmont high adventure trips to some of the new parents that attended our committee meeting tonight.

Wednesday, May 28, 2014. May 27, 2014 Troop Committee Meeting. The meeting was called to order at 7:53 pm by Robert Anderson. Scouts will vote on shirt designs for Summer Camp. Scouts are also voting on shirt designs for the Philmont Cavalcade and Hiking treks. Orders will be placed soon. Tonight, Scouts are signing up for Summer Camp classes and merit badges with the help of Mark Borger. Junes campout is Summer Camp at Worth Ranch, leaving Fort Worth on Sunday June 22, and returning on Saturday June 28.

We need several adults to attend and help out at this campout. We discussed moving the trailers around – would that provide more shade for the big trailer? Tuesday, October 7, 2014. October 7, 2014 Troop Committee Meeting Minutes. The meeting was called to order at 7:43 pm. Tom Martin, popcorn kernel, said that Show and Sell ended this past Sunday. Tom thanked Roger, Robert, and Gail for their last-minute help. We need to have the Scouts return their Take Order forms soon. Tom will tell the Scouts to turn them in by next week's meeting, October 14. Friends of Scouting is supposed to be run before the end of the year. Tom Martin is heading up this effort.
