I was under the impression from reading HR 2811 that it was to ban the import of pythons and other species into the United States and not to do anything about ownership of them. Personally, I would like to see a ban on the importation of wild caught snakes into the US. November 4th, 2009 04:17 pm (UTC). BUT my brain may have melted back with all the HR669 crap too.
