Tuesday, April 22, 2014. I always thought of myself as an easy-to-please sort of person, but a recent conversation with my sweet son made me think that perhaps I am a little particular. Ian, wanting to get to his Essentials class on time, helped make lunch while I finished up some important work (I was probably checking facebook). Ian: Here, Mommy, I made you a sandwich. Me: Ian, did you put enough meat on it? Ian: (giggling), Mommy! Ian: Giggling, 'cause he thinks it's comical that I can't be satisfied.
