Rumbles in the Jungle. Friday, September 30, 2011. We went to Knoebels with my mom and sister this past Sunday for the Weis Family Picnic. It was supposed to rain but ended up being a great day! Mammy and Erin shared their lunch with us. Abigail really enjoyed the ice cream. This was Abigail's 1st ride. Jason let Caden steer most of the way around, so we ended up against the wall most of the time. Abigail didn't want to be held, she had to sit on the seat like a big girl. Rumbles in the Jungle. Tuesday, August 14, 2012. On Aug. 3rd, we decided to go to Knoebels before going to my mom's to celebrate her birthday. Our first ride was the motor boats which Caden wanted to drive. Well.J and I of course had to help, but Caden kept saying, "I've got this! Let me do it by myself." He ended up fussing (and we ended up laughing) the whole ride because it's just not one of those rides he can do himself! So stylish with her shades on! Notice the blue car? Saturday, June 22, 2013. We have a construction zone going on downstairs! Here's the start of Josh's new project! He's finally going to put the hardwoods floors down! He decided instead of getting a new car, he'd fix up the house the way I want it. So, this week we'll be getting ceramic tile in the kitchen and hardwoods throughout the downstairs. Caden and I went ice skating for the first time (well, his first time and my first time in like 10 yrs) on the 17th with our good friends, Cheri and Jacob. It was rough the first loop around, but then Caden got over the fact that he wasn't going to be able to skate the second he got on the ice. It was much more enjoyable after that.
