10 Days of Silence →. My circadian rhythm and I are still processing being home after a crazy 5 months abroad. I get ridiculously tired at 7PM and 10:30PM, and I wake up at 7AM before getting up at 9AM. In any event, I imagined my jetlag to be a lot worse, and It is REALLY great to be back home. Chicken enchiladas with green chili sour cream sauce. 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken. 2 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese. 3 Tbsp. butter. 3 Tbsp. flour. 2 cups chicken broth. 1 cup sour cream. 1 (4 oz) can diced green chillies. 1 Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
