Monday, August 25, 2008. All summer long Doyle Harris has been the catalyst for a variety of Blue Rider rides and they have been excellent. Yesterday the ride took us down 395 to Lee Vining, out to Benton back to June Lake and through Smith Valley. The riding and scenery have been great to say nothing of the great company. Wednesday, July 2, 2008. Show and Shine Fundraiser Success. The Second Annual Blue Rider Show and Shine and the Lake of the Sky Air Show was a big success. The club Raised $500 for our charity the Sierra Recovery Center. Twenty Three bikes participated and many people cast their ballot and the winner of this year’s best bike award was Beverly Anderson who won with her beautiful Harley Davidson. Congrats to Bev. Everytiung from weekley Taco Tuesday Rides to the rides that Doyle has organized on the weekends. Also all the rides that club memebrs have taken on their own or with small groups. The club has really come along with people making new friends and enjoying riding their bikes. Who would have thought we would have come so far in such a short time. Keep on having fun.
