Some adventures in my life. Monday, September 24, 2007. Last Saturday I had a literal adventure, the Tahoe Big Blue Adventure that is. It was a team event that involved kayaking, running, mountain biking, and a series of "challenges." Our team name was Pink Insomnia and we rocked it! Some adventures in my life. Wednesday, July 9, 2008. Jesse and I kayaked to the dam and ran into each other along the way. It would have been even more perfect if people in their boats didn't decide to share their foul taste in music with us. The even better news about the lake was I didn't even get sunburned one bit. Trevor trying to be sly while I use his nice camera. One day I will have my own. The view at the end of the hike was amazing! We HAVE to go back. The 9th. End of story. Friends and then some.

The random girl who was helping me happened to have some sanitizer as well, she put it on my leg and I starting yelling in pain, I no longer appreciated her presence as much. It was SO painful! Funny how this little accident of yours didn't prevent you from leaving me for a week! I miss you guys already! You better be having fun! And, it will probably scar. But guys dig that, right?

Some adventures in my life. Tuesday, January 1, 2008. Great way to start 2008. On the first day of the new year I went cross country skiing for the first time and I loved it! It is probably one of the best workouts you can get. Liz taught me all the techniques but I still managed to wipe out at the beginning of our adventure. You definately don't need many layers when participating in this sport. Sometimes I like to pretend I know what I am doing. Liz looks like a pro going around Spooner Lake.
