And it looks like it's about time.I'm starting to get hints - from friends and family of things to write about, or pictures to post. Below you'll see my Dad's contribution to my blog, some interesting photos of things around Vermont. OK so it's not really my identity crisis I want to write about (that's a whole other post! Curve balls tossed our way. But w...

Bringing Home Baby #2!: Thanksgiving!
http://tomakefreidman4.blogspot.com/2014/12/thanksgiving.html
Bringing Home Baby #2! Our Journey to Taiwan and back! Friday, December 5, 2014. We spent Thanksgiving in Florida with Adam's family this year. It was like going home, we even stayed in a hotel about a mile from our old house in Dunedin! It was cool to take the kiddos to our old stomping grounds! We visit this park every time we hit Florida, it's right on the water and close to downtown. I brought Simone here often when she was a baby! And then the cousins showed up and it was 3 days of fun and laughs!

Bringing Home Baby #2! Our Journey to Taiwan and back! Friday, October 30, 2009. Does the tooth fairy know the way to Taiwan? Yes, big happenings here in Taiwan! We were in need of the tooth fairy last night as Simone lost her first tooth yesterday! So amazing, when we first were handed our little baby girl she had but one tooth in her mouth. Almost five years later and half way around the world from home but right around the corner from where we first saw her she lost that very same tooth! We had our AIT.

Bringing Home Baby #2! Our Journey to Taiwan and back! Thursday, July 30, 2009. So I've been thinking lately. Yes, I hear all of your groans.but this thinking doesn't involve anybody having to listen to me rant about adoption, pick up a paintbrush or even buy me a pony. No, it's not that kind of thinking. Because I've been thinking that I need a catch phrase. you know like my own "trademark saying". Had "How YOU doin'? Finished the evening news with "And that's the way it is". The bad guy on. Well, maybe...

Bringing Home Baby #2!: August 2009
http://tomakefreidman4.blogspot.com/2009_08_01_archive.html
Bringing Home Baby #2! Our Journey to Taiwan and back! Wednesday, August 26, 2009. After months of mulling over names for our sweet baby we have come to a decision! We love the name we've chosen and feel happy that we have the option to name our son in memory of a family member that was very dear to my parents, and loved by all who knew him. We also like the meaning behind the name "God has heard". Sounds about right to me. Our newest family member will go by the name of. Links to this post. She really d...

Bringing Home Baby #2! Our Journey to Taiwan and back! Wednesday, December 31, 2008. Last week we flew to Vermont to celebrate Christmas with my family. The drive from the airport to the house was a bit snowy. These look like black and white pics, but there really not. This was coming through Franconia Notch in NH. That night Santa came with lots of presents for my special little girl. I guess she must have been pretty good this year! Her prize possession, the BFF singing Barbies! This was the first year...

Bringing Home Baby #2! Our Journey to Taiwan and back! Saturday, January 31, 2009. 4 years ago today. I know this blog is about our journey to bring home baby #2, but part of his story is the story of his sister. And four years ago today we got the first glimpse of our lovely daughter. It was truly the phone call that changed our lives forever. I think we all cried, even the people in my closing. the buyer being an adoptive Mom herself! We had to wait to see the picture until later that night, they calle...

Bringing Home Baby #2! Our Journey to Taiwan and back! Monday, September 28, 2009. Yeptoday marks seven weeks. From the time we learned of our first ruling. I had been reluctant to post this, First because I totally dislike the thought of the latest update being moved down,. But I have this lump of dread instead. I've lost the feelings of hope, feelings of an end in sight. I can't even bear to go in his room any more. We were told to expect a wait of 4-6 weeks to hear word of a final and to make travel p...
