A place to grow, live, and learn. Friday, January 30, 2009. Jonathan wouldn't hold still for the camera so we mostly just have pictures of Maddy. It was nice to relax and enjoy ourselves. Maddy shares her brother's love of wearing hats, especially grown up hats. Shuka is reluctantly befriended by Madeline. She would follow that dog everywhere, giving her hugs and petting her. Shuka endured it admirably. Maddy was helping her grandpa get dolls out of the box and decided it was pretty fun to play in.

All Because Two People Fell In Love. Wednesday, June 4, 2008. It's the Start of a Great thing! Well I decided that I needed to create a blog for mom and dad so that they can keep everyone posted on what's happening at their house. For the first Posting I wanted to tell my mother and father how greatful I am for them. Today being my birthday, I especially wanted them to know how greatful I am for them. Thank you for all that you do for me and my family! Thank you for the example that you have set for me!

A place to grow, live, and learn. Friday, November 21, 2008. What I've done today:. Cleaned the living room. Visiting Teachers came by. Maddy had a doctor's appointment and Jonathan got a flu shot. Took the kids to the Science Center. Put Maddy down for a nap. Took care of some bills/ finances stuff. Went to the library. Still to come today:. Get packed for Thanksgiving vacation. Teach a flute lesson (doubly long since last week was cancelled). Go see Twilight and have a girl's night with Camille.

We have spent a couple of weeks here every month since October. Thankfully, we found a good contractor and are quite happy with the way things have turned out. We have been here most of the month of February and will stay through March and Spring Training. I am posting some Before and After pictures. Craig's sister will come later in March. Heaven! Clint and I were able to visit Casey and Katie and their three girls in Nancy, France, in early October. We helped them pack up their belongings and move their family to Herford, northern Germany, near where Casey will be studying for his Ph.D. at Bielefeld University. A picturesque street in the medieval French town of Riquewihr. La Place Stanislaus, the Nancy town square.
