suzeblogfitness: May 2010
http://suzeblogfitness.blogspot.com/2010_05_01_archive.html
Monday, 24 May 2010. Thursday, 6 May 2010. B and I are really excited that Aaron has taken up cycling in a big way. He is very keen and has started to race. He cycled in the Kilmallock Hub 10km recently and came 4th! That was his first race, and apparently he went pretty much like a bat out of hell for the entire 10km. He has been shopping around for a new racing bike, and we hope he has many happy hours cycling, ahead of him, racing and otherwise! Monday, 3 May 2010. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom).

suzeblogfitness: December 2009
http://suzeblogfitness.blogspot.com/2009_12_01_archive.html
Wednesday, 30 December 2009. Face the Fat FACTS! I'm sure it is better to get back on track asap rather than put my head in the sand for another few weeks of the winter and let the chub build up to epic proportions! So today I braved myself to get back on the scales, and as I feared . 12st 7lbs! I think an honest reflection on why this has happened will help me to sort out what to do . so here's my december review. Several consumed, lemon tart with icecream, xmas type with brandy butter . hmm. First ride...

Chaotic Serenity: April 2012
http://chaoticserenity1.blogspot.com/2012_04_01_archive.html
Normality is only in the perspective. Cancer is just a word. Monday, April 30, 2012. My Journey so Far. I decided to keep a journal to help me get through this horrible disease. I hope I will be able to hear from others that are in the same boat as I am and help others so they can catch this earlier and not have to go through this. IF the surgeon got all the cancer out then I would have Chemo and I have a 30% cure rate and a 70% chance the cancer will come back someplace else. I was understandably upset ...

Chaotic Serenity: June 2012
http://chaoticserenity1.blogspot.com/2012_06_01_archive.html
Normality is only in the perspective. Cancer is just a word. Monday, June 04, 2012. She Calls Me Buddy. I haven't updated this for a while because I wanted to go through two chemo sessions before I posted. My first session on FOLFOX had some side affects, nausea, cold sensitivity, the "quick step" and very tired. I was given two medications for nausea but didn't know I could take them both at the same time. Yes I was horribly sick and overdue with my daughter). Although the side affects lasted a little l...

suzeblogfitness: July 2012
http://suzeblogfitness.blogspot.com/2012_07_01_archive.html
Thursday, 12 July 2012. Team Ventoux update . Obviously Brigid would do it and Sam said she would love to do it too and have it as a focus for her own health goals this summer. We decided that while we were doing it we could raise some money for The Douglas Macmillan Hospice. You can sponsor us via this website, the money goes direct to the Dougie Mac:.
