It was my friends birthday and so I decided to make her this cake because I think that this cake is very celebratory and just perfect for a special occasion. I feel so happy about this and this is great news for the blog because it means that I will have more time to post! So onto this weeks recipe. This weeks bake was spontaneous which is unusual for me because I normally plan bakes far ahead.
