Michaela and I tried our first art project today. Since everything goes into her mouth, I decided to use instant pudding instead of finger paints. At first I was bummed because I had bought vanilla instead of chocolate because the vanilla would not show up on the paper. But then a light bulb came on in my mind-Food Coloring! The Best Children's Bible! If you have ever shopped for a child's bible, you have probably been just as frustrated as I have been. I received a few bibles for Michaela when she was born but there was a problem. A lot of the infant and toddler bibles leave out the most important part.Jesus dying on the cross! One of the bibles she has seriously ends with "Jesus loves the little children.". I have found the perfect Bible to accomplish that goal. The Big Picture Story Bible. Helm is great for little ones!

According to blogging tradition. Your 100th post has to include 100 things about yourself. I think this may be harder than I thought but here goes nothing. My middle name is Brooke. I have had 2 maiden names but I have only been married once. (I won't put them on here for security purposes though.). So you are probably confused. I had my Mom's name first but when my parents married later in life my name was changed to my Dad's last name. My parents got married in Hawaii when I was 8. I am an alcoholic.
