Friday, July 18, 2008. 100 millions for hidrofuel - 0 for Lestari Permai. I cannot believe my eyes when the government announce rm100 million to install the hidrofuel system on public transport. PM says the distractor of the bumiputra developed technology will not be distracted if the technology developed by the westerners instead? Is this equivalent to buying minyak urut at sidewalk or what? Btw I am bumiputra but I dont like to be cheated by both my-likes and not-my-likes. View my complete profile.

Malaysia's income gap is higher than Philippines (16.5), Thailand (13.4), Indonesia (7.8) and Vietnam (8.4). The richest 10 percent in Malaysia controls 38.4 percent of the country's economic income as compared to the poorest 10 percent controlling 1.7 percent.". I have heard we are only better than Papua New Guinea in Asia. What?

Tuesday, July 15, 2008. Voicing out is not a weaknesses. There are concern among buyers that Talam delays Lestari Permai more than other project due to the number of demonstration buyers have staged. I completely disagree. In fact if we do not 'lawan' then we will be worse off. I give you Puncak Jalil example. They fight. KPKT - responsible for giving licence, permit, etc to developer to do what they wish to do. State government - developer does need any permission from the state government do to anything. Who gets the blame - state government. If this is the buyers mentality, I am very confident we will not get our house at all. God forbid! But which state government is doing this?
