What I am Reading. What I am Reading. September 19, 2010. I had gotten into the ABC Family Channels TV series Pretty Little Liars. And decided to read the books. They are intended for young adults, but they are nice easy reads. I just started out on the 6th book in the series, titled Killer. Easy book series to get into, and nice fast reads. Slow Cooker Tamale Pie. 1 pound ground beef. 1 (15 ounce) can kidney beans, drained and rinsed. 1 (10 ounce) can enchilada sauce. 1 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder. 1 (85 ounce) package corn bread/muffin mix. 2 tablespoons melted butter. 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese.
