We've been married 13 years, this past September, and in all those years, I've never thought ahead enough to get a "Christmas card" picture taken. Until, this year. In May, we went to Jamaica. Before we left,I surprised myself by remembering the people we saw at the beach, 7 years ago, with their Santa hats on taking Christmas card pictures in the sand. I was ever so proud of myself. We have the clothes, and now, we have the photographer.

Sunday, January 18, 2009. Rest in Peace, Bailey Girl. On Christmas morning, we had to put our beloved pet (our first child) to sleep. Here are Brock and Ty saying their final goodbyes to her. Here is her brother, Bently, and cousin, Cali, saying their goodbyes. We buried her in Boerne on my brother's property under 3 beautiful mesquite trees. Grandpa B built a box for her peaceful body to rest in. And Brock carved her name into our cedar cross.that marks her burial spot. You gave us 11 good years!
