Ende Juni versagte ja die Steuerkette meines Touran. Inzwischen habe ich mein Auto wieder, weiß aber noch nicht welche Kosten auf mich zu kommen. Es hieß VW würde aus Kulanz die gesamten Teilekosten sowie 80% der Arbeitskosten übernehmen. Das erscheint zwar recht großzügig, aber wenn man bedenkt dass die Ursache der Reparatur ist dass VW bei der Herstellung geschlampert hat ist eigentlich jeder Euro den ich zahlen muß zu viel. Die offiziellen Reaktionen von VW und Hahn auf mein Schreiben bisher: gar keine.
