Med eldste guttungen som mental støtte tok jeg ut på eventyrtokt i Frolands dype skoger i kveld, på jakt etter et hus jeg hadde sånn omtrentlig lokasjonen til. Og jammen fant vi det ikke! Selv med hverandre som støtte var ingen av oss spesielt høye i hatten, så den minste lille uventede lyd eller bevegelse inne i huset medførte både hopp og sprett fra fotografen – må nok ha vært et kostelig syn! Return to main site. Thursday, 8 December 2011. No rain no drain needs to have a line added that when it's freezing cold no drains, I couldn't feel my toes when I got out. I only had an hour free to head out so I went over to follow more of the culverts around Buxton. The culvert is a large limestone affair with plenty of walking room, the water rushes in and will take a light tripod with it so if you head in be aware and watch your footing. I found a little friend so it wasn't a totally solo explore.

I was originally looking at a drain but when I popped the manhole I could see the water level rising so decided not to play in drains as it rains. The mill is/was across the road from Tesco in Macc and the entry was amusing, there is work going on behind the derelict mill at the pylon but this mean secca were actually walking up and down the road.
