Tuesday, January 14, 2014. We hosted a New York New Year’s Party with some friends. We had just the right amount of people show up to make it fun and loud yet still semi-manageable! We had plenty of foosball, pool, and visiting going on, plus Sarah planned activities for the kids to do every 30 minutes until the ball dropped at 9, or midnight in New York! We then let off some fireworks and the party wrapped up in time for me to get my house thoroughly clean before the New Year set in here in California!

Monday, February 16, 2015. September was a wonderful month! A month of healing and getting back to normal life! The only hiccup was when I went to my follow-up with the surgeon. Since I was prego when they did the surgery and then had Jacob not too long after my appy incision was having a hard time healing. At the appointment it still wasn’t healed and the surgeon just restapled it! Just like that…no warning and no pain killers! Other than that Jacob has been a wonderful baby! Super chill and relaxed!
