Von gelernten Fleischermeistern wird hier in Talwirt's Rauchkuchl nach alter Tradition in der neu erbauten Rauchkuchl Speck ganz besonderer Art erzeugt. Ausgewählte Fleischstücke werden trocken gesalzen, gewürzt und ca. 3 Wochen ins Fass eingelegt. Anschließend wird unser Produkt mit mildem Erlenrauch mit größter Sorgfalt langsam kalt geräuchert. Um ein zartes Qualitätsprodukt zu erreichen benötigt unser Rauchkuchlspeck insgesamt ca. 3 Monate. Speck aus regionaler Herkunft. Einer Region gestärkt werden.
