Radio & Articles. The pH scale runs from 1-14, with 7 being a perfect balance. You can test your pH level with pH strips that can be found in your local health food store or online. The pH strips test urine and saliva and are an accurate measure of what is going on in your body. If you are sick with cancer, it is your goal to have your pH level above a 7 all day, everyday.
