Wörtlich übersetzt bedeutet der Name Goldene Säckchen, und das sind mit Hackfleisch und Wasserkastanien gefüllte Teigblätter, die mit Pandanusblättern zusammengeschnürt und frittiert werden, bis sie eben schön golden sind.
