At least a couple times a week. Well Memorial Day weekend/week was something of a trial and I don't think I succeeded at all. I am scared to weigh in. On Memorial Day I weighed in at 305.4. Wednesday.yeah.we walked 4 fast miles with Leslie Sansone. It's the first time we have every done the whole tape. 4 miles in 46 minutes! All in all this change has been wonderful. I feel fantastic! Then I went to work for a few hours and had to deal with a majorly negative client. He banged my door into another car and then told me "It's okay, this is just an Alero. It's not like it's a Mercedes or anything! First my grands are not little naughties. for shame! Second, glad I could help you overcome your craving and make it home unscathed!
