Wednesday, October 7, 2009. With preemie princess (Apr 9-15, 2003), I added things to the target registry. My energy level seemed to be picking up. With monkey girl (Oct 26 - Nov 1, 2005), I had prog infection #4, oh what fun. I was having a sharp pain in my back between my waist and bottom of ribs. I am doing pretty well, just sick. I have had the flu-like symptoms, so they gave me tamiflu. This day 4 and I am so ready to feel better! Preemie princess stayed home from school today with fever.

Thursday, June 25, 2009. We had another appointment today. Baby A was doing great and had a wonderful heartbeat. Baby B however, appears to have stopped growing and there was no heartbeat to be found. Baby B's sac is right underneath this one and looks like an eggplant laying horizontally. They of course did not give us a picture. I can't help but wonder and hope that maybe Baby B was in a bad position. Hopefully that is a possibility and not just wishful thinking. Baby bpm from the first measurement.

With preemie princess (Nov 27-Dec 3, 2002), We had just purchased our Ford Escape on Nov 22 and then found out we were pregnant on Nov 25 and due August 6, 2003. This week, I was having a lot of weird twinges. I was waking in the night absolutely ravenous. It was a grinding pang and I was almost nauseous, but not sick. I was fine after I ate. I saw the OB and the perinatalogist this week. Oh what fun, looks like I had my first progesterone shot! It felt like having a teatnus shot in the hip. My cervix was measuring 4cm. This week, we saw the baby move from the outside! They finally got a good shot for gender determination.it's a girl!

There was a brief moment where I felt totally guilty that we hadn't brought the kids as it was so magical and fantastic! But of course the moment did pass. The kids and I designed a scavenger hunt on Joel's birthday with the big present in the end being a family night at a Colorado Rockies Game.
